We’re a small team on a big mission — every order is handled with care and grit. Here’s how shipping works with us:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If there’s ever a delay (like during a drop or limited release), we’ll post an update on our socials or email you directly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times (once shipped):
• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or local carriers.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Give it a day or two for the tracking info to update.
Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on location and order size.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If you don’t see your country at checkout, email us at grittydreamscustomerservice@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to work something out.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “delivered,” it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, reach out to the carrier first — then email us if you still need help.
We’ll always try to help if we can, but we’re not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or theft after delivery.
Address Issues
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, email us ASAP at grittydreamscustomerservice@gmail.com. Once it ships, we can’t reroute it.
