Returns & Exchanges – Gritty Dreams Apparel
We want you to love what you wear. If something’s off, we offer returns within 14 days of when your order lands. Streetwear moves fast, so we keep things clean and tight.
What qualifies for a return?
To be eligible, returned items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order email or receipt)
How to start a return
Email us at team@grittydreamsapparel.com to start the process. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and walk you through the next steps.
Important: Do not send anything back without contacting us first — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Wrong item or damaged gear?
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know immediately at grittydreamscustomerservice@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
Some things are final sale and can’t be returned:
• Limited Edition / Drop Items – All limited pieces are final sale. Make sure it’s the right size before you cop.
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
• Anything worn, washed, or returned without original packaging or tags
If you’re not sure whether your item qualifies, hit us up first.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest move is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved. We don’t offer direct swaps.
EU Customers
If your order is shipping to the EU, you’ve got the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days, no explanation needed. The gear must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to process it.
